G'day my name is Levi and I'm an adventurer and gold  prospector  living in Tasmania, Australia.  I've always loved the outdoors.

 Gold started for me as a kid. My grandfather owned property along the beautiful Mersey river here in Tasmania.  He always spoke of how he believed there was gold in the river.  This left an impression and my interest in gold continued to grow. In my early 20s I  purchased a cheap metal detector and set out on trips to find the precious metal with no real clue what I was doing.

   It wasn't until later on in life I really got serious about prospecting. This came about when my wife took myself and our boys fossicking for gemstones in NE Tasmania. From this, I started researching gold again. With a lot more online information available now I have learnt how to prospect and where to find gold in Tasmania.  I've had gold fever ever since and I'm extremely passionate about it.
